Terms of service

These terms apply to the Symmetry Lab B2B portal at b2b.symmetrylabparfums.com ("the Portal"), operated by Symmetry Lab Inc. ("Symmetry Lab", "we", "us"), of Warehouse No. 23 Century Commercial Complex 5, Paliparan-Molino Road, Brgy. Salawag, Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines.

1. Who may buy

The Portal is for approved accounts only:

Business Resellers: registered businesses (VAT or non-VAT) approved for the Reseller Program, bound by the Authorized Reseller Agreement.
The Scent Lounge members: individuals approved for personal use, bound by the Partner Buyer Agreement.

Your program agreement forms part of these terms. If they conflict, your program agreement applies.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure; orders placed from your account are treated as yours. Tell us right away at b2b.support@symmetrylabparfums.com if you think someone else has used it. We may pause or close accounts that break these terms or your program agreement, after the notice steps in that agreement.

3. Orders

Products are sold by the box: 12 bottles of one scent and size. Minimum orders, re-order minimums and the maximum boxes per scent depend on your tier or plan and are enforced at checkout. Every box includes 10 × 2 ml samples of the same scent, priced by tier. Samples are for demos and personal gifting only and may never be sold. An order is accepted when we confirm your payment.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices are in Philippine pesos. Business Reseller prices exclude VAT; 12% VAT is added at checkout. Scent Lounge prices include 12% VAT. We may change prices with notice; the price on your order when you place it applies to that order.

5. Payment

We accept bank transfer only, to the BDO account of Symmetry Lab Inc. shown on your order and in your payment email. Use your order number as the reference and send the exact amount. After paying, upload your receipt in the portal (Pay for your order). We confirm payments within 1 business day, once the money is in our account; a receipt alone is not proof of payment. Orders ship only after full payment is confirmed.

Orders not paid within 3 days of being placed are cancelled automatically and the stock is released. We send a reminder after 24 hours. Bank charges are yours to pay. Gold resellers may be offered payment terms in writing; those orders follow the written terms instead.

7. Selling rules

Business Resellers may resell only as the Authorized Reseller Agreement allows. Scent Lounge purchases are for personal use, collections, gifts and events only, and must not be resold or listed on any marketplace.

8. Our brand

The Symmetry Lab name, logo, photos and content belong to Symmetry Lab Inc. Business Resellers may use them only as the Reseller Agreement allows. No one else may use them to advertise or sell.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information, including uploaded IDs and business documents, as described in our Privacy Policy and in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
